For purposes of determining the value of economic benefits, the value of property, including the right to use property, is the fair market value. The person is a nonstock organization controlled directly or indirectly by one or more disqualified persons. The person has or shares authority to control or determine a substantial portion of the organization’s capital expenditures, operating Accounting Periods and Methods budget, or compensation for employees. If the organization is liquidated, dissolved, or terminated, file the return by the 15th day of the 5th month after liquidation, dissolution, or termination.
